Why Executive Clarity exists
After 30 years in medicine, I began to notice a pattern.
Many of the people I care for are not unwell.
They are capable, intelligent, high-performing — but perhaps not operating as consistently as they should be.
Traditional healthcare is reactive. Most wellness approaches are fragmented.
And testing, without careful interpretation, often creates noise rather than clarity.
Executive Clarity was developed to address this directly:
A structured, medically-led, and fully integrated approach to understanding and improving health over time.
— Dr Richard Newton
This program is designed for a small number of individuals each year, typically those with ongoing professional or leadership responsibilities.
Clinician-led.
Multidisciplinary.
Data-rich.
Human-centred.
A structured approach, not a single intervention
Executive Clarity is a 12-month, clinician-led program.
It brings together:
- comprehensive baseline assessment
- advanced diagnostic testing
- coordinated input from a multidisciplinary team
- and ongoing review and refinement over time
The focus is not simply on identifying issues — but on creating a clear, prioritised plan, and supporting its implementation.
A process, not just an event.
How the program works
Executive Clarity is not simply a collection of tests. It is a curated, year-long program built around three principles:
1. Baseline
A detailed assessment of your current health, including advanced diagnostics and clinical review.
2. Implementation
A personalised plan developed with input from medical, nutritional and behavioural perspectives.
3. Review
Follow-up testing and consultations to assess progress and refine the approach.
4. Forward Strategy
A clear understanding of your trajectory, and how to maintain or improve it over time.
Each stage builds on the last — creating clarity, rather than accumulation.
How your health is assessed
Your program is informed by a detailed baseline assessment, which includes the following:
- comprehensive blood analysis
- hormonal and metabolic profiling
- gut microbiome testing
- genetic and epigenetic insights
- body composition and cardiovascular markers
- stress and sleep assessment
These are not used in isolation.
They are interpreted in context and integrated into a clear, prioritised plan.
A detailed list of included assessments can be provided on request.
The Experience
Executive Clarity is deliberately calm. Appointments are unhurried. Coordination is managed. Privacy is respected. The process is designed to fit into a busy life as smoothly as possible.
The aim is not to overwhelm you with information, but to provide clear guidance, careful interpretation, and the reassurance of having an experienced clinical team looking at the bigger picture.
Care is delivered in a way that is structured, considered, and consistent over time — allowing you to focus on your work and responsibilities with the confidence that your health is being managed with clarity and oversight.
The program is delivered from our clinics in Mosman Park and Cottesloe, in an environment that is quiet, private, and considered.
Clinical Leadership
Dr Richard Newton is a GP and practice owner in Perth, with more than 30 years of experience in Western medicine.
Executive Clarity has been shaped by years of observing where traditional systems work well, where they fall short, and what thoughtful, high-functioning individuals often need instead.
It reflects a deliberately structured and medically grounded approach, combining clinical oversight with a broader, integrated view of health.
The guiding principles are simple:
- Evidence-led
- Practical, not faddish
- Structured and consistent
- Designed for real lives
