Jessica is a highly skilled Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine Practitioner committed to facilitating positive change for her clients.

After completing her studies in Melbourne, Jessica has gained extensive experience in addressing a wide range of conditions, including stress, anxiety and emotional imbalances, she also helps individuals navigate trauma, grief and depression. Jessica is committed to supporting individuals who are dealing with migraines and headaches, memory and concertation, fears and phobias and various sleep difficulties, including insomnia.

Her holistic approach includes guidance for physical pain and discomfort, digestive support, food allergies, and hormone balance. Jessica also specialises in working with children facing learning difficulties such as ADHD and dyslexia. Additionally, she addresses limiting beliefs and self-sabotage patterns, chronic and ‘mystery diseases,’ and is passionate about enhancing her clients’ overall vitality and energy levels.
