Emily is a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath, holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy (Distinction). She has completed advanced training in nutritional medicine, evidence-based herbal medicine, functional pathology interpretation, lifestyle-based therapeutic strategies, and health coaching and mindset support.
Approach to Treatment
Emily’s approach is grounded in traditional naturopathic principles and informed by modern, research-driven medicine. Her clinical philosophy focuses on identifying underlying drivers of illness and supporting the body’s innate capacity for repair and resilience.
She has a strong interest in functional and integrative testing and regularly utilises advanced pathology, including comprehensive stool analysis, hormonal and metabolic testing, organic oat testing, and nutritional biochemistry, to guide personalised and clinically targeted care.

Emily is a Microba-accredited practitioner and has completed extensive training with Microba to support advanced interpretation of microbiome testing and the application of evidence-based, microbiome-informed treatment strategies in clinical practice. She is also currently completing a Patient Mastery course, further developing her skills in health coaching, behaviour change, and mindset-driven practice. This additional training allows Emily to enhance treatment adherence and efficacy by supporting clients not only with personalised clinical care, but also with the tools, confidence, and behavioural strategies needed to create sustainable, long-term health outcomes.
Emily places a strong emphasis on education and empowerment, ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their health journey. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends seminars, conferences, and advanced practitioner training to remain current in integrative and functional medicine.
