Cognitive Decline and Alzheimer’s Disease: An Individualised Approach

Date: Wednesday 24th February
Time: 7:30 pm
Presenter: Jan Purser

In this seminar Jan, who is trained in the Bresden ReCODE Protocol, will present a new approach to the prevention, assessment & treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, and how natural medicine can help.

Whilst it has previously been thought that there is very little that can be done to slow or prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s disease, new research is showing that in addition to genetics, Alzheimer’s disease often involves a series of contributing drivers including inflammation, trauma, insulin resistance, hormone dysfunction, nutritional deficiencies, toxicity and vascular issues.

Jan will discuss how she investigates what contributing factors are playing a role in Alzheimer’s disease and how to address them, to provide new strategies for better outcomes for this disease.
